Rental/Leasing paintings info

Info renting paintings:
You rent a colorful artwork of your choice, for a minimum period of one year. After this year you have the opportunity to change the artwork to keep or restore. When renting the only artwork you will pay 10% of sales per year!
You build this way any credit on.
(The colorful artwork is not your property).

Be sure to read the lease rent documents first!
This will be when you sign the rental agreement for this, together with the host declaration (here you declare the artwork or the artwork in good condition you received).

Paintings Leasing Information:
Besides rental exists at Art Gallery Josien Broeren the opportunity to purchase a painting in a lease-shape casting. The purchase is paid d.m.v. a number of installments. The last period is €100,- (from €1000,-) after the payment you are the owner of the artwork.

The art purchase scheme works: you are right owner. After the deposit of approximately 10% of the remaining amount payable in 9 monthly installments. This goes to amount from €1000,-
